Holbrook Community Electricity is a program in development by the Town to provide residents and businesses more electricity supply options and more renewable energy. The program is a Town-vetted alternative to National Grid default supply and other third-party electricity suppliers.

The Town of Holbrook has prepared a Draft Plan and made it available for public review which will end on October 23, 2026. The Town will hold a public hearing on to receive comments from constituents on the Plan on October 21, 2026.
Copies of the Plan are available on the program website here, and in hard copy at Town Hall.

The public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm during the Select Board Meeting in the Noel C. King Meeting Room at Town Hall, 50 North Franklin Street, Holbrook, MA 02343. The hearing will also be broadcast virtually. Here are the details:
